Samples & Slab Approval
Approve the material you will actually receive.
Start with the actual lot
Ask for dated full-slab photographs in neutral light, a slab identifier, net usable size, thickness and an indication of available quantity. Request images of consecutive slabs if pattern continuity is important.
Use a sample for the right questions
Use a physical sample to judge colour, touch, finish and cleaning response. A sample cannot show the complete movement, fissures or repairs of a full slab. Approve the full bundle separately.
Before cutting begins
Agree material identity, declared treatments, shade range, finish, dimensional tolerances, edge details, joint locations, support and packing requirements. Keep the approved photographs and drawings with the order.
